We’re hiring an ambitious Talent Agent to join our fast-paced UK Contingent team, delivering high-impact recruitment across digital, data, product, and technology functions.
What You’ll Do
As a Talent Agent, you sit at the heart of our delivery engine. Working alongside Account Directors and Account Managers, you will cultivate high-calibre candidate communities and match top-tier talent with world-class clients.
- Own the Talent Journey: Proactively source, screen, interview, and prepare candidates for key technical and digital roles (UX/Product Designers, Tech PMs, Data Engineers, Software Developers, Solutions Consultants, and Program Managers).
- Leverage Bespoke AI: Master our in-house AI platforms to pinpoint hidden, passive talent faster and smarter than the competition.
- Build Thriving Networks: Move beyond transactional placements by nurturing genuine, long-term communities of active and passive digital professionals across the UK.
- Partner for Impact: Collaborate closely with internal client teams to deliver rich shortlists, scale contract delivery, and expand existing accounts.
- Act as a Trusted Career Advisor: Conduct deep-dive screening interviews, prep candidates for client rounds, coordinate expert technical assessments, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
What You Bring
- Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in contingent recruitment, agency talent sourcing and delivery—ideally within digital, tech, or product disciplines.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: You embrace modern sourcing tools, automation, and AI-enabled platforms to streamline your pipeline and outpace manual searches.
- Relationship Focus: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. You know how to turn both candidates and clients into genuine advocates.
- Commercial Drive: Strong commercial awareness, curiosity about industry shifts, and a proactive attitude toward market mapping and headhunting.
- Curiosity & Continuous Learning: A natural affinity for emerging tech trends, UK employment regulations, and collaborative process improvement.
