Strategic Partnerships Development Manager – Apps
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager with extensive experience supporting and consulting with app developers and digital partners. The ideal candidate excels in relationship management, negotiation, project delivery, and driving revenue within the mobile app ecosystem. You will manage end‑to‑end partner engagement, build strategic relationships, and support the growth of key app partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, account planning, contract negotiation, deal execution, and ongoing relationship management.
- Deliver a high‑quality partner and supplier experience, resolving issues and advocating for partner needs.
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new partnership opportunities through research, market analysis and industry insights.
- Support partner strategy by collaborating with product and cross‑functional teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with app developers and ecosystem partners to drive adoption, performance and long‑term success.
- Monitor partner performance by analysing business metrics, generating insights and creating revenue forecasts.
- Support brand reputation through effective communication, stakeholder management and partner success initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience acting as a strategic consultant or partner to app developers or app ecosystem partners.
- Strong understanding of mobile app monetisation, including Google AdMob, AppLovin and competitor platforms.
- In‑depth knowledge of the app partner ecosystem, including industry trends, partner challenges and revenue drivers.
- Proven ability in:
- Relationship management
- Pipeline and opportunity management
- Contract and deal negotiation
- Project management
- Stakeholder and executive influence
- Data analysis, reporting and insight generation
- Navigating complex internal and external environments
