Job Title: Solutions Manager (Marketing Program Manager)

Client Location: London Shoreditch – Hybrid (3 on-site days/week)

As a Solutions Manager, you will lead cross-functional internal teams, drive project results, manage scope, and guide products through their lifecycle. You'll juggle multiple projects, expertly prioritizing and ensuring each delivers exceptional value. Your insights will directly influence product definition, positioning, packaging, and pricing. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership, allowing you to make a tangible difference in a dynamic environment.

This is a 6 months, hybrid, contract, offering £590 per day (PAYE) – 40hrs/week. This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by Wednesday 13th August. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own project plan milestones, demonstrating expertise in project management within a fast-paced setting.
  • Utilize project management software such as Asana (or similar tools) to effectively manage complex projects.
  • Define, position, package, and price your owned programs.
  • Track and report on program performance, ensuring differentiated value delivery against objectives.
  • Leverage customer feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Build business rationale for program roadmap prioritization.
  • Create business requirements and user stories for feature enhancements, collaborating with Design Technologists and Engineers.
  • Apply experimentation frameworks to validate program enhancement value.
  • Own program operations, including workflow, training documentation, and account team coordination.
  • Manage cross-functional bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Confidently present to senior management and large audiences.
  • Contribute at all organizational levels, embracing both large and small tasks.

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Manager role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
