We’re looking for a senior Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in social media and influencer measurement to join a small, high-impact marketing team within a world leading tech giant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence senior decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in understanding and optimising performance across organic social, influencer/creator programs, and paid social media, helping the wider marketing organisation maximise impact, efficiency, and return on investment. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role suited to someone comfortable working independently, partnering with senior stakeholders, and operating in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a senior social and influencer measurement expert, owning analysis across organic, paid, and creator channels.
  • Take complex business and performance questions and translate them into clear insights, reports, and optimisation recommendations.
  • Analyse trends, audience behaviour, and platform performance to uncover new opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with marketing, media, and agency teams to ensure insights are actioned and campaigns are optimised.
  • Help define measurement frameworks, standards, and best practices for social and influencer marketing.
  • Manage priorities across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity, focus, and strong judgement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in social media, influencer marketing, or marketing analytics, with a strong focus on measurement and insights.
  • Proven experience working in a B2C or consumer‑facing environment.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, the influencer ecosystem, and how performance is measured across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise data into meaningful, business‑ready insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing content for senior or executive audiences.
  • Confident, independent worker who can operate effectively in a small team and a complex, matrixed organisation.
