As a key member of the international Events team, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding, best-in-class events, conferences, and tradeshows that excite and delight creative customers. Your strategic vision and meticulous execution will drive the success of initiatives, from concept to delivery, directly influencing brand growth and customer engagement on a global scale. You’ll contribute to the execution of international event strategies and tactical plans, driving attendance and supporting the growth of our brand.

You will be responsible for bringing innovative event concepts to life, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring every detail aligns with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, innovate event strategies, and collaborate with diverse teams and external partners. You will be at the heart of creating memorable experiences that not only showcase cutting-edge digital solutions but also foster deep connections with our creative community, directly contributing to the company’s market leadership and brand strength.

This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £33.69 per hour – 35 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and produce innovative event concepts that align with business goals.
  • Ensure the timely, high-quality, and within-budget delivery of events.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders across the company to translate needs into unique event experiences.
  • Support the development of strategies to achieve attendance and revenue goals.
  • Partner with external professionals (artists, copywriters, influencers) to develop culturally relevant and unique event content.
  • Collaborate with international marketing teams and external agencies to implement event plans.
  • Drive the event development process from concept to execution, ensuring effective communication and collaborator satisfaction.
  • Strive to delight both customers and internal partners, driving and measuring the impact of events.
  • Help define and prioritize team objectives, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience in event operations, marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record in managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of attendee engagement and event trends.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at working quickly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in presenting ideas and communicating effectively at all levels.
  • Enthusiasm for both physical and digital events, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant event management software/tools.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Fluency in German or French.
