What Youll Do:

- Enable customers to fully leverage training offerings through targeted, role-based learning plans informed by comprehensive needs analysis.
- Strengthen outcomes, drive demonstrated value, and build trusted advisor relationships that support long-term adoption and renewal, using data-driven insights and timely interventions.
- Ensure customers realize the full value from their training investment.
- Conduct assessments of customer goals, user roles, workflows, and skill gaps to inform prescriptive and role-based training plans.
- Design and recommend tailored learning strategies using a full range of training offerings, including Instructor-led training, OnDemand content, and certifications, in sync with success programs and resources.
- Serve as the primary advisor for key accounts, guiding learning plans that drive product adoption, implementation milestones, and successful use-case execution.
- Ensure programs deliver measurable readiness, customer satisfaction, and subscription renewal readiness.
- Provide timely, data-driven recommendations to mitigate risks, improve engagement, and ensure value realization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate training programs, schedule private sessions, and ensure smooth execution.
- Foster trust, engagement, and advocacy throughout the subscription lifecycle.
