- We're the marketing agency built exclusively for the automotive ecosystem. As we grow our capability, we're looking for a Senior UI Designer who can build scalable, well-structured interfaces as confidently as they can shape a campaign idea.
- You'll report to our Creative Director and own the digital creative output, setting the standard for how we design and build across every touchpoint, from component systems to campaign assets.
- Automotive manufacturers, suppliers and technology companies expect precision. This role delivers it.
- Hybrid working, as part of a growing team with twenty years of sector depth behind it.
What you'll be doing
- Leading UI/UX and interface design across web and digital products, for large international clients and smaller ones alike
- Building scalable design systems with a true variables mindset: components, tokens, theming and structure that holds up at scale
- Handing off UI/UX work to our development team with precision, the way it was meant to be built
- Leading digital creative output across brand and campaign projects, across all digital channels
- Working with our digital marketing team so creative performs as well as it looks
- Using AI and emerging tools as genuine creative accelerators, not novelties
- Presenting ideas with clarity and confidence to clients and stakeholders at every level
- Shaping how the client approaches digital creative as we grow. Your influence extends beyond your own output
What we're looking for - Skills and experience
- Deep Figma proficiency: design systems, component libraries, variables for theming and clean dev handoff. This is core to the role, not a supporting skill
- At least five years' experience, ideally agency-side, with meaningful time in interface and product design, not just campaign or brand work
- A portfolio with real UI/UX depth. Systems built or led end to end, alongside range into brand and campaign work
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Open to tools beyond the traditional suite. Canva, Affinity Designer, whatever gets the best result
- Actively using AI tools to push work further
- Comfortable with a component-based, token-driven approach. You understand how design decisions scale
- Confident with motion and video, able to concept and produce content that moves as well as it looks
Mindset and approach
- A systems thinker first. You understand how one design decision ripples across a whole product or brand
- Digital-first by instinct. You think in channels, formats and interactions, not just visuals
- Sharp enough to balance bold ideas with what actually works
- Genuinely curious about new tools, because you want to be, not because you have to be
- Easy to work with. You build strong relationships and take the time to understand a brief properly
- A confident communicator, as clear with words as you are with craft
- Committed to doing things properly, from concept through to completion
- Show us your UI thinking first. How you structure a design system, handle component states and hand off to development.
- Then show us your range: campaign work, brand thinking, smart use of AI in your process.
- Case studies that walk through the structure of a Figma file, not just the finished screens, will stand out.
Nice to haves
- Large brand or enterprise projects with an international dimension
- Automotive sector experience, or a genuine interest in it
- Front-end basics. Enough to know how your decisions translate into code
- Experience building a design system from scratch, not just inheriting one
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards in practice
- Experience prototyping and presenting concepts interactively
- Hybrid working, with flexibility on environment
- Room to grow and develop within the role
- Private medical insurance
- Pension plan for UK and Ireland based employees
- Training where required or requested
- A relaxed working environment
- Engaging projects, day to day
- Experience across well-known B2B and B2C brands
