We are seeking an experienced Senior Researcher to join our team, leading critical research initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to cross‑functional teams, collaborating closely to understand their insight needs and then developing, executing, and delivering best‑in‑class research to address them. This is a senior individual contributor position with significant opportunity for leadership and impact, leading highly strategic research projects.
This is a 12 months, hybrid contract, offering £460 per day (PAYE). The role will start in July.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a thought leader and partner, driving strategic initiatives within the region and contributing to broader organizational goals.
- Represent the voice of regional consumers across the organization, ensuring their perspectives are integrated into decision‑making.
- Lead a wide variety of research projects, from high‑level regional strategy to specific content insights.
- Deeply understand the underlying needs, motivations, and emotions that drive engagement with entertainment content to help create stories that excite and resonate with current and future audiences from many different backgrounds and cultures.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, strategic, creative, and business recommendations that inform decision‑making.
- Present and socialize insights effectively at all levels of the organization, ensuring your work has wide‑reaching impact.
- Collaborate constructively with insights colleagues both regionally and globally, fostering a strong, interconnected research community.
- Build robust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and cross‑functional partners, including those in content development, marketing, product, data science, and business strategy.
- Identify high‑priority research needs and develop a comprehensive research roadmap that maximizes the impact of insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:
