We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our Global Fleet and Products (GFP) organization to lead financial, programmatic improvement, and vendor management initiatives in our Van Marketing channel.

As Senior Program Manager, Fleet Marketing, you will be responsible for the innovation, development and implementation of programs to scale a measurable van marketing channel in the UK and EU. This includes ownership of 3P vendor business relationships, improvement of operational processes, managing key performance indicators, and effectively managing ambiguity to execute key deadlines. You will work cross-functionally with teams across Europe and North America including Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing and product teams, and Executive Leadership to manage the lifecycle of van marketing operations.

The Successful candidate will:

— Lead, direct, supervise, and control the execution of business, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program in the UK and EU

— Develop capabilities to execute and enhance van marketing initiatives globally

— Manage complex marketing installation activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

— Drive planning, issue resolution, and program execution with cross-functional teams

— Define and measure both internal and external performance standards

— Deliver features and services that continuously add value for customers

— Monitor and report progress on all activity within the assigned program area

— Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations

— Bring 5+ years of program or project management experience

— Use data and metrics to evaluate and drive operational improvements

— Own end-to-end program strategy, delivery, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership

— Expert-level skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and advanced analysis tools

— Hold a Bachelor\’s degree

— Possess a valid UK driver’s license and ability to travel to Delivery Stations across the UK

Preferred Qualifications:

— 2+ years of experience driving process improvements

— Ability to create advanced charts and utilize forecasting/trend tools in Excel

— Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, Logistics, or Organizational Development

A Day in the Life:

— Create and own projects/programs that enhance the scalability and efficiency of Van Marketing Operations in the UK and EU

— Work independently and deliver impactful results with minimal supervision

— Leverage analytical skills to identify trends and implement improvements benefiting a broad range of stakeholders

— Streamline or eliminate redundant processes using data-driven approaches to improve program scalability

— Use sound judgment to negotiate operational and financial requirements with internal and external partners

— Influence and lead across diverse stakeholder groups

— Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with leadership across Operations, Marketing, and Measurement teams
