Job Description:
Aquent is thrilled to partner with an industry-defining global technology brand that is revolutionizing interfaces for billions worldwide. This is an unparalleled opportunity to profoundly influence multiple digital ecosystems, making a tangible impact on products used by a global audience. Your innovative work will directly contribute to ensuring digital experiences are tailored, inclusive, and intuitive for users across every market, regardless of location, language, or script, shaping the future of how people interact with technology.
About the Opportunity
Are you a visionary designer with an extraordinary eye for visual detail, typography, and human-centered design? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your influence extends across diverse digital products, rather than being confined to a single roadmap? This pivotal role offers the chance to work at the intersection of design, technology, and culture, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to solve complex UI/UX challenges and define the future of user interaction for a truly global audience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with engineering, product, and regional teams across the organization to solve complex UI/UX challenges for global audiences.
- Distilling highly intricate issues into clean, focused, and intuitive interface solutions that resonate worldwide.
- Rapidly context-switching between concurrent projects, driving clarity in ambiguous environments without a fixed roadmap.
- Rapidly prototyping, presenting concepts, and taking an active part in rigorous, collaborative group critique.
- Influencing product direction and presenting high-fidelity concepts directly to senior executives and partner teams, driving significant impact.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or Interaction Designer working across mobile, web, or OS platforms.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, innovative interaction design patterns, mastery of typography, and clear design thinking.
- Fluency in English plus a second language (particularly Arabic, Turkish, European, or Latin American languages) to cater to diverse user bases.
- Comfort operating effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments with frequently changing priorities.
- Fluency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and various interactive prototyping tools.
What Will Set You Apart
- Hands-on experience with font development, advanced typography, or right-to-left (RTL) script design, showcasing a deep understanding of global design nuances.
