Working closely with customers at multiple levels, you will evaluate proposed solutions, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and support project resourcing. You will coordinate and lead all stages of project delivery, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring and successful closure. You will help customers maximise the value of client's solutions by understanding their business challenges and delivering innovative, measurable solutions. This role supports customers across the UK & Ireland, the Middle East and Africa, with a primary focus on the UK. You should be willing and able to travel for approximately 30-60% of your working time and work from the London office around three days per week.

What you'll do:

  • Lead project scoping activities to identify, gather and analyse business requirements, understand key business drivers and define effective, innovative solutions.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, scope management, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, budget control, scheduling and reporting.
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams and globally distributed teams.
  • Manage project resourcing and commercial activities, including forecasting, time management and invoicing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
  • Apply Agile delivery methodologies to effectively manage project execution and drive continuous improvement.
  • Help customers achieve successful digital transformation by providing guidance and best practices across client's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) practice.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 6 years' project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects using Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, with strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Hands-on experience delivering Adobe implementations is essential. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Adobe Workfront is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management and prioritisation skills.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Full professional fluency in English is essential. Additional European language skills are advantageous, with German highly desirable.
