Job Description

Become a pivotal force in shaping the future of work at a global software and digital marketing company. As a key strategic advisor, you will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural transformation within the EMEA region. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR business partnering to influence key decisions and foster a thriving work environment.

In this dynamic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within the EMEA Sales and Customer Success organizations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving positive change. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex organizational challenges and creating a workplace where employees can thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with EMEA senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and leadership development.
  • Lead the development and execution of talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation of new programs and processes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to address key people-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage expertise and ensure alignment across the organization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a regional HR Business Partner role, partnering with senior leaders, preferably within a sales or commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving impactful HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, talent management, and leadership coaching.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting teams through post-change transition phases.
  • Experience designing and implementing forward-looking people strategies.
