Are you ready to shape unforgettable moments and drive visual narratives for some of the world’s most iconic brands? Aquent, a leading talent solutions partner, is collaborating with an innovative production powerhouse to find a visionary creative who will bring groundbreaking experiential designs to life, making a tangible impact on global brand activations and live events.

Company Overview: Imagine being part of a dynamic, rapidly expanding team that designs, produces, and executes world-class brand activations and live experiences for tier-one global brands. This unified 60-strong production powerhouse operates at the intersection of high-end beauty, luxury, and multinational corporate leadership, consistently delivering visually stunning and deeply engaging experiences that captivate audiences worldwide.

About The Role: This is an extraordinary opportunity for a highly autonomous and craft-focused creative to join a team that thrives on innovation and bold visual solutions. We’re seeking a creative leader who doesn’t just execute, but truly conceptualises, asking ‘what’s the idea?’ before diving into the details. You will be instrumental in crafting immersive environments and compelling digital touchpoints, making your work pop across both physical spaces and digital screens. Your expertise will directly influence high-profile pitches and live projects, setting new benchmarks for experiential design and leaving a lasting mark on global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Across Every Touchpoint: Craft visually arresting key visuals, event identities, stage graphics, OOH, large-format screens, and bespoke environmental touchpoints for live physical spaces.
  • Elevate the Pitch: Own the visual narrative in high-stakes presentations, designing sharp, modern, and compelling pitch decks that secure new business and inspire clients.
  • Work with True Autonomy: Take ownership of briefs, shaping ideas and driving visual output independently while collaborating with a talented international creative and production crew.
  • Translate Across Mediums: Fluidly adapt brand aesthetics from sleek corporate elegance to raw cultural edge, ensuring consistent, high-impact craft throughout the attendee journey.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven Craft: 5+ years of solid agency or brand experience spanning live events, brand activations, or experiential design, with a strong understanding of scale, spatial awareness, and how 2D graphic assets integrate into 3D environments.
  • Dual Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to treat PowerPoint as a genuine design canvas, not merely a presentation tool.
  • Eclectic, High-Taste Portfolio: A showcase demonstrating strong foundational ideas, a contemporary visual style, and a broad range of aesthetics across varied sectors.
  • Proactive Mindset: Natural curiosity, a clear point of view, and the confidence to proactively pitch innovative ideas and improvements.
  • Technical Setup & Communication: Experience with a Mac-based workflow and fluent English for seamless collaboration across diverse, international teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Conversational or fluent French or Spanish, which will be a valuable asset when collaborating across European and US teams.
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools into your visual exploration and workflow.
