About The Role

Our client is growing their creative team and are looking for a Senior Digital Creative who thinks as sharply as they design. Someone who’s as comfortable shaping a campaign idea as they are building a scalable component system. You’ll report directly to our Creative Director and own the digital creative output, setting the standard for how we think and execute across every digital touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading digital creative output across brand and campaign projects for large-scale, international clients and the smaller ones across all digital channels.
  • Thinking at brand and campaign strategy level, shaping the creative direction, not just executing it.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our Digital Marketing team to ensure digital creative is built for performance as well as impact.
  • Collaborating closely with our Development team, handing off UI/UX work with precision, the way it was actually meant to be built.
  • Building scalable design systems with a true variables mindset, components, tokens and theming that work at scale across complex brand ecosystems.
  • Actively pushing the creative process forward using AI and emerging tools, not as a novelty, but as genuine creative accelerators.
  • Presenting ideas with confidence and clarity to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Helping shape how h2o approaches digital creative as we grow, your influence will extend beyond your own output.
