This role sits at the centre of internal engagement and cross‑functional production, managing the end-to-end delivery of content, campaigns and communications across multiple teams, workstreams and regions. You’ll combine editorial expertise with strong programme management skills to ensure content is delivered seamlessly, consistently and at scale. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you’ll help bring internal engagement strategies to life through high‑quality storytelling, collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Lead the end-to-end production of cross-functional content for internal campaigns, programmes and initiatives. Manage the full content lifecycle, from briefing and production through to translation and publication across digital channels. Ensure all content is accurate, on‑brand, editorially strong and aligned with regional and global priorities. Coordinate the creation and publication of editorial, operational and reference content across multiple markets and languages.
  • Programme Management: Manage the planning and delivery of multi-workstream programmes across EMEIA. Oversee timelines, workflows, dependencies and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Develop scalable processes, playbooks and documentation. Proactively identify and resolve production, localisation and delivery challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination between regional and global stakeholders. Build strong relationships across creative, marketing, communications, operations and retail teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams including producers, writers, designers and engagement strategists to deliver against milestones and deadlines. Ensure clear communication, alignment and smooth execution throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Executional Excellence: Own delivery from briefing through to publishing and final execution. Manage content publishing through CMS platforms, ideally including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Oversee agency and vendor deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and consistency. Gather insights and feedback to improve content performance, workflows and future programmes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in content production and programme management within a global brand, agency or fast‑paced communications environment.
  • Strong editorial and content lifecycle management skills.
  • Experience delivering multi‑language content and campaigns across EMEIA.
  • Hands‑on experience managing creative assets, publishing workflows and CMS platforms, ideally AEM.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with content and programme management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
