As a Compliance Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Security & Technology, Operational Resilience, and core business teams to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across international operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping compliance strategy, influencing product development, and ensuring the client remains ahead of evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams to understand current and emerging compliance risks.
- Provide clear, strategic compliance advice on the development and launch of new regulated financial services products.
- Support the development and execution of the compliance strategy, aligned with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
- Lead compliance management of FCA high-focus areas including governance, regulatory adherence, policy management, and internal controls.
- Ensure continued compliant growth of international business across the EMEA region.
- Monitor and support implementation of current and upcoming EU and UK regulatory initiatives (e.g. PSD2, RTS, GDPR, EMD, SEPA, cross-border payments).
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure a strong compliance culture and informed decision-making across the business.
