Our client is looking for a Salesforce Data Contractor to drive a focused 6-month remediation effort across our Salesforce instance and connected systems. Significant data integrity issues are currently impacting reporting, KPI tracking, and pipeline visibility across the business. Working from a pre-prioritised brief, you'll clean and correct existing data, close out known issues, and document rules to prevent recurrence — with clear direction and stakeholder support from day one.
What You'll Do
- Audit, clean, and remediate data integrity issues across Salesforce objects including Opportunities, Contracts, Accounts, and Leads
- Overhaul the renewal database and resolve systemic issues affecting renewals, pricing, and order types
- Investigate and resolve pipeline inconsistencies, duplicate records, zero dollar opportunities, and account mismatches
- Review Salesforce fields to retire low-usage ones and remove manual workarounds
- Validate and test territory assignments across Accounts, Contacts, and Leads
- Build reports and dashboards to track data health and support stakeholder visibility
- Document findings and recommend data validation and cleansing rules to improve long-term hygiene
