Are you ready to be at the heart of critical business operations for a company renowned for its innovation and commitment to excellence? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join a dynamic team responsible for managing all sales contractual relationships across a broad international scope. This pivotal role offers you the chance to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and directly contribute to the seamless execution of business strategies. You will be instrumental in upholding the integrity of our clientβs commercial agreements and fostering strong partnerships across the organization. This is a 12-month contract, offering up to Β£298.00 per day β 40 hrs/week β (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Responsibilities
- Handle and complete daily contract operations requests from various internal partners, including contract development, sales, legal, finance, and sales support teams.
- Support the development of project plans, scope definition, and identification/documentation of dependencies for contract operations initiatives.
- Conduct periodic tracking and reporting on key contract rollouts to ensure consistency and successful completion.
- Lead projects focused on developing and documenting robust contract operations processes for the region.
- Maintain a central, up-to-date operational project and activity status dashboard.
- Provide day-to-day operating information to the wider Contract Operations team, offering both a future outlook and execution instructions.
- Collaborate with Contract Managers and Business partners to document new contractual solutions, including instructions, manuals, training materials, and process/procedures.
- Work closely with Legal counsel and stakeholders to document and develop comprehensive contract solutions.
- Develop operational contractual solutions, such as communication emails/letters, and assist in data gathering for the development of specific contractual solutions.
- Support wider system improvement projects and initiatives related to document inventory and data management within contract operations.
- Oversee and organize the entire suite of contracts, managing the central contracts portal.
- Help prioritize team activities and drive the resolution of issues and dependencies across all relevant areas.
- Effectively communicate status updates, identified issues, and suggested resolutions to team members, management, and other partners.
- Proactively anticipate potential issues and skillfully manage risks to ensure smooth operations.
- Undertake any other tasks related to Contract Operations and Governance as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Extensive experience with corporate systems and databases.
- Strong drive and initiative to independently start and complete tasks.
- A collaborative, flexible, and open working style with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- Proven ability to achieve results in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional and international teams/colleagues.
- Extensive experience and comfort using project management tools, presentation tools, and reporting tools.
- Experience with Prince 2 or equivalent project management methodologies.
