We’re looking for a highly organised Resource Localisation Coordinator to support localisation operations across EMEA, working with teams in the US and China. Ideal for someone with experience in localisation, resource management, or project coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage linguist onboarding, testing, rate negotiations & offboarding
  • Allocate localisation projects and track workloads/translation volumes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and freelance linguists across regions
  • Maintain databases, share profiles, handle NDAs & standardise processes
  • Support recruitment of new linguist profiles
  • Use CAT tools as part of daily workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years’ experience in localisation/resource/project coordination
  • Experience with CAT tools

Contract Details

  • Minimum 12-month contract with potential to extend
  • Engagement via LTD or Umbrella (to be confirmed)
  • EMEA working hours
