We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our client’s Early Careers team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, providing exceptional support to both candidates and hiring teams.
This role is 5 days a week in the office in London – paying up to £17.05 per hour PAYE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and coordinating evaluation meetings, ensuring compliance with interview feedback.
- Scheduling a variety of candidate hiring events across various roles and levels, often navigating ambiguity and collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and teams.
- Managing candidate progression through the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, addressing escalations, and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and job postings in recruitment systems.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for hiring teams, providing guidance on scheduling and handling minor issues, such as compliance concerns.
- Keeping candidates informed with timely updates regarding their application status.
