What You'll Do

  • Gather and validate essential data for contingent workers transitioning from acquired entities.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate data trackers to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide crucial support for due diligence activities and efficiently respond to data requests.
  • Coordinate closely with the Contingent Lead and external suppliers to confirm worker status and classification.
  • Assist in the migration of workers into the human resources information system (HRIS) or vendor management system (VMS).
  • Execute a range of administrative tasks, including updating worker records, monitoring compliance documentation, and tracking renewal dates.
  • Deliver high-touch, customized support for sensitive or critical workforce issues, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure compliant setup of transitioning workers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate orientations for contingent workers.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, summaries, and issue logs for leadership.
  • Help review worker classifications, tenure, and market rate data to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Identify potential compliance gaps and elevate risks promptly to the Contingent Lead.
  • Assist with reviewing current supplier setups and facilitating transitions to new suppliers or migration to an MSP.
  • Help coordinate background checks in line with company policy.
  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • Solid experience in contingent operations, managed service provider (MSP)/vendor management system (VMS) environments, or supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce compliance and workforce classification.
  • Excellent data management and reconciliation skills, particularly with Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience supporting M&A or other large-scale organizational transition projects.
