An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to join a busy and creative production team based in London. This is a fantastic role for someone with a solid background in creative production who’s ready to take on a broader and more dynamic remit in a fast-paced environment. Working at the intersection of creativity and delivery, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and production partners to oversee a wide range of creative projects. From brief to delivery, you’ll be pivotal in keeping everything running smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from brief through to final delivery.
  • Support the Senior Production Manager in ensuring timelines, budgets, and project goals are met.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, designers, and copywriters to align project schedules and expectations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies and vendors to coordinate creative requests and final asset delivery.
  • Support the smooth progression of work through the creative process, ensuring deliverables meet brand and campaign standards.
  • Keep an eye on quality and consistency across all outputs.
  • Upload and tag creative assets accurately in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Maintain well-organised project files and support wider team needs with accessible documentation.

  • Experience in a creative production or project management role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A good understanding of the creative process and asset delivery.
