Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for bringing creative visions to life? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join a fast-paced, high-impact team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of diverse design and motion projects. Your meticulous coordination and keen eye for detail will directly contribute to delivering world-class content that resonates with audiences globally, maintaining clarity and momentum across multiple projects and timezones.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project plans and design tasks in collaboration with leading producers.
- Track the design status of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely progress.
- Facilitate design reviews, meticulously distribute notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the production team by managing communications and workflows, scheduling meetings, and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Track and manage the delivery of final design assets to cross-functional partners.
- Assist with quality assurance checks and asset validation and upload processes.
- Work closely with design leads to keep project files organized and up to date.
- Report regular status updates to leading producers, escalating any project issues in weekly syncs.

Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, within an advertising/design agency or creative/production studio.
- Experience with motion design briefs.
- Excellent task management skills, with the ability to track creative milestones and goals in a timely, organized manner.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
