We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to support the delivery of brand-funded programming (BFP) campaigns across a premium video streaming platform. This role is essential to ensuring BFP campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest operational standards—supporting one of the fastest-growing and most visible initiatives within the advertising and content ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in operations or project management within media, advertising, or content environments, and is comfortable managing complex workflows across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
This is a full-time contractor role with an expected commitment of 8 hours per day. Given the global nature of the program, most working days will be adjusted to overlap with our Seattle-based technical teams and global stakeholders, with hours typically running later into the evening, up to 9pm local time. On days when work is focused on EU partners and projects, there is flexibility to align more closely with standard UK business hours. The role is hybrid, with a minimum expectation of two days per week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operational delivery of brand-funded programming campaigns across multiple international locales.
- Lead partner onboarding and technical setup processes via digital content submission platforms.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for production partners and advertisers, including direct engagement with senior stakeholders on onboarding and delivery requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Partner Guide to support external stakeholders with onboarding, delivery standards, and best practices.
- Monitor approval workflows, track SLA compliance, and escalate risks proactively to internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as video platform operations, go-to-market teams, and content licensing to resolve technical and process-related issues.
- Support data collection and reporting for performance tracking and operational health metrics.
- Proven experience in operations or project management within advertising, media, content, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with senior external partners.
- Familiarity with digital content workflows, asset onboarding processes, or content management platforms is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
