- Agency Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Strategist or Planner within a marketing agency environment, with a strong preference for experience in a small or independent agency.

- Tactical Channel Expertise: A rich portfolio showcasing high-volume email-led campaigns, sophisticated lifecycle CRM strategies, mobile application integrations, and targeted digital activations.
