The primary role of the Regional Field Merchandising Project Manager is to ensure that all field merchandising components including fixtures, demo units, graphics and display technologies are operating and functioning properly, as well as maintained to our standards. The role is execution oriented and is focused on supporting the planning, management and execution of large programs and projects across our regional partners. This person must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment working collaboratively across channel marketing, sales, analytics, and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage XFN and senior leadership updating on results and communications.
  • Prioritise large volumes of projects across thousands of retail doors, most with tight deadlines and extreme complexity, with the guidance of the Regional Field Merchandising Manager.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of merchandising maintenance to maximise the compliance level of our fixtures and ensure an optimal customer experience, working with multiple 3rd party vendors and cross functional teams to achieve this.
  • Manage the reporting of the results of merchandising maintenance and field execution to internal stakeholders.
  • Understand display fixture production process and installation implementation processes to properly prepare workback schedules and deliverables to share cross functionally, internally and externally.
  • Critical to understand various retailer 3rd party labour operations to drive best in class execution.
  • Partner closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, 3rd party labour partners, Analytics and Field Sales team members on a regular basis to execute initiatives with the utmost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as liaison between regional 3rd party labour partners, fixture display companies, channel marketing managers and field sales on any issues that come up in our retail partners regionally.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce processes for all operations regionally in store and with 3rd party labour partners.
  • Review instructions and execution for multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Process all invoices and work closely with the Regional Field Merchandising Manager to ensure all 3rd party labour projects are on budget and tracked accordingly.

Top 3 must have skills:

  • Deployment or managing a display in store.
  • Experience with displays in retailers like Curry’s, BT EE, O2.

Top 3 good to have skills:

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Analytical background (to analyze performance and provide guidance).

No language requirement but Spanish, Italian or French is a plus.
