This role offers the exciting opportunity to architect comprehensive talent attraction communication strategies. You\’ll dive deep into audience insights, crafting targeted messages that resonate with diverse talent pools and align with organizational goals. Your data-driven approach will ensure maximum impact, contributing to the company\’s continued success as an employer of choice.
This is a 5 months, hybrid, contract, offering £409 per day (PAYE) – 40hrs/week. This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by Friday 8th August. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global talent attraction communication strategies across multiple regions.
- Leverage data and analytics to understand target audiences, optimize campaigns, and measure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign reach.
- Present metrics and progress to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of your work.
- Continuously innovate and refine communication approaches based on data and market trends.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent attraction initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience using data analysis tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a fast-paced global environment.
- Analytical, strategic, and creative mindset.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in employer branding or talent attraction strategies.
- Expertise in integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using various tactics (events, webinars, email, CRM).
