Are you a dynamic and detail‑oriented marketing professional ready to make a significant impact on high‑profile global programs? We are seeking a motivated individual to step into a pivotal role, driving the planning and execution of flagship executive experiences across a vast international landscape. In this position, you won’t just be supporting; you’ll be at the heart of initiatives that shape key client relationships and elevate brand presence on a global scale, directly influencing executive engagement and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of international executive programs and C‑suite experiences, including participation in major events and the global annual customer conference.
  • Lead nomination and recruitment activities for executive hospitality programs, collaborating closely with regional leads and field marketing teams across multiple international markets.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to ensure programs align with overarching brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Manage program tracking and reporting across all international activities, clearly communicating progress against key metrics to a broad, international stakeholder base.
  • Prepare compelling briefing materials and executive communications for internal stakeholders at all levels, tailored to diverse audiences and regional contexts.
  • Support the development and execution of multilingual nurture programs for executive audiences, coordinating content and campaigns that resonate across cultural and language boundaries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and event partners operating across international markets.
  • Maintain robust program administration, including registrations, event websites and registration pages, logistics coordination, and post‑event follow‑up across concurrent international programs.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and content initiatives, staying informed on industry trends and themes relevant to C‑suite audiences across the region.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, executive programs, events, or field marketing, ideally within enterprise technology.
  • Comfort working across cultures, countries, and languages in a matrixed international organization, with the ability to build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams, including sales, field marketing, and global brand or campaign teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, ownership‑oriented approach — comfortable taking initiative, flagging risks early, and driving tasks to completion independently.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing metrics and an ability to track and report on program performance.
  • A collaborative team spirit and genuine curiosity, with a passion for working in an international environment and growing expertise in executive marketing.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
