We are seeking a high-judgment, well-organized, and self-motivated marketing specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to cross-channel planning, activation, and reporting through in-house media buying. This hybrid position offers a unique blend of channel-level campaign management, multi-channel strategy, and performance analysis. You will be at the heart of data-driven decision-making, exploring the transformative power of AI in performance marketing, and continuously striving for incremental gains that elevate team output and overall effectiveness. This is an 8-month hybrid contract, offering up to £161.80 per day – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Performance Marketing team in day-to-day campaign operations as the team expands its reach and scope.
- Execute and manage campaigns directly within various platforms, including social, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), and job board channels, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Manage external vendor relationships, coordinating with partners to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and performance standards.
- Generate weekly performance reports and conduct in-depth analyses to uncover actionable insights that drive campaign optimization.
- Innovate by exploring, building, and training AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and significantly improve the efficiency of team workflows.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of scalable processes that support end-to-end marketing execution and foster continuous improvement in decision-making.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Professional marketing experience (non-internship).
- Demonstrated experience utilizing data and metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in using major ad platforms (e.g., social ad platforms, Demand Side Platforms [DSPs], search ad platforms).
- Advanced experience with spreadsheet software and data visualization tools (e.g., data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
- Proven ability to communicate complex results effectively to leadership through both written and verbal channels.
