We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead a high-impact Measurement & Effectiveness program within a dynamic, cross-functional marketing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong B2B marketing experience, a passion for event strategy and execution, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Ownership & Program Leadership
- Own the Measurement & Effectiveness marketing program for 2025–2026.
- Analyze market conditions and advertiser data to define the 2026 program strategy.
- Operate with autonomy to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with content partners and digital publications to drive thought leadership.
- Event Strategy & Execution
- Lead planning and execution of a large-scale flagship event in Q1 2026, with planning kicking off in Q4.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, from ideation to delivery.
- Oversee a portfolio of smaller scale events and serve as a project lead for broader initiatives.
- Coordinate across multiple teams including regional marketers, sales, and content teams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a marketing lead and key member of a cross-functional project team.
- Partner with marketers across EMEA, sales stakeholders, and operations to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Drive collaboration, communication, and excellence across team members and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in event marketing and program management.
- Proven ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- Experience working in fast-paced, tech-focused environments is highly preferred.
- Strong project management and process-building skills.
- Familiarity with marketing measurement and campaign effectiveness is a plus, but not required.
