You will act as a key point of support for International GTM initiatives, helping to balance global consistency with the nuance and cultural intelligence that makes local markets succeed.
What You'll Do Support and help maintain GTM frameworks that ensure International market needs and local nuances are embedded into planning from the outset.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams — including title marketing, growth, media, retail, and partner marketing — to align on plans and enable seamless execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to continuously inform and sharpen GTM decisions across regions.
Partner with local marketing and localisation teams so that campaigns resonate culturally with local audiences, while upholding global brand standards.
Contribute to geo‑creative programmes that support and strengthen overarching GTM plans.
Partner Engagement & Enablement Identify and prioritise key strategic partners in International markets, developing targeted approaches that drive marketing‑led growth.
Support the creation of localised service and content slate pitch decks and generate earned media support from partners.
Help localise and roll out global partner resources, including newsletters, digital screener tools, and partner merchandising.
Support day‑to‑day operations for global partners, including onboarding, access updates across select markets, and overall partner experience.
Manage newsletter localisation workflows across regions, ensuring partner communications are effectively adapted for global markets.
Support the planning and delivery of events.
Coordinate partner mixers and industry events, and work with Public Relations to facilitate partner access to client events, including premieres.
Key Qualifications Experience in a go‑to‑market, marketing strategy, or partner engagement role, ideally within media, entertainment, or a consumer technology environment.
A track record of working across international or multi‑market programmes, with an appreciation for how cultural context shapes effective communication.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working with a wide range of teams and can bring people together around a shared plan.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences, from internal stakeholders to external partners.
Experience producing events or partner‑facing programmes, from concept through to delivery.
An analytical mindset — you use data and market intelligence to inform decisions, and you’re comfortable building frameworks to track and report on performance.
A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
