This role sits within the EMEA Retail Brand Experience team, supporting the EMEA franchise business across a fast-paced and evolving retail environment. The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will play a key role in delivering consistent brand execution by supporting Visual Merchandising (VM) strategy, communication and implementation across the franchise store fleet.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Store Design, Creative teams and Regional Managers to ensure campaigns and brand standards are delivered to a high level.

Responsibilities:
  • Share clear and timely VM guidance and communications, ensuring franchise teams are fully enrolled and supported.
  • Maintain and update the VM portal, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the rollout of seasonal and campaign VM across the EMEA franchise store fleet.
  • Review store photos and provide clear, constructive VM feedback.
  • Support new store openings, including VM preparation and execution.
  • Provide occasional on-site support in franchise stores when required.
  • Lead and facilitate regular VM meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Store Design, Creative teams and Regional Managers to ensure aligned brand execution.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Visual Merchandising experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a retail or brand environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent work ethic with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach (critical to success in this role).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working with franchise or partner-led retail environments.
  • Exposure to EMEA or international markets.
