- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the competitive landscape, articulating the technical and economic advantages of leading enterprise browser solutions over legacy solutions or niche “Enterprise Browsers,” particularly within complex Microsoft‑centric infrastructures.
- Synthesize field intelligence to refine product roadmaps; deliver high‑level briefings at Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) and develop scalable enablement resources to evangelize security solutions across broader engineering teams.
- Consult with IT decision‑makers and executive leadership to align organizational pain points with strategic solutions, advocating for outcomes that drive mutual long‑term value.
- Lead the end‑to‑end technical sales lifecycle, including RFP responses, tailored solution demonstrations, and high‑complexity Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs).
- Act as the primary technical liaison for managing feature requests, bug reporting, and cross‑functional support coordination.
- Partner with product engineering teams to develop, test, and refine integration prototypes within live customer and partner environments.
- Solid experience in client‑facing roles, specifically within Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting.
- Strong experience dedicated to Zero Trust Architecture or Endpoint Security frameworks.
- Proficiency in articulating the value proposition of secure, cloud‑first devices within the enterprise.
- Proficiency in leading administrative consoles for enterprise device and policy management.
- Experience with implementation of core enterprise browser functionalities and advanced security features for enhanced web protection.
- Experience with deployment of leading virtualization solutions for seamless application delivery.
- Familiarity with industry‑standard integrations across Identity (IdP) solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity.
- Familiarity with Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions like Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and VMware Workspace ONE.
- Familiarity with Security Operations solutions such as CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks (Cortex XDR), and Zscaler.
- Familiarity with Virtualization/VDI solutions including Citrix and VMware.
- Familiarity with specialized enterprise browsers such as Island or Talon (Prisma Access Browser).
- Comprehensive understanding of CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) solutions.
