Are you ready to make a significant impact on a global industry leader’s digital presence? As an Aquent talent, you’ll join a dynamic team at the forefront of shaping how a prominent brand connects with its audience across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to not only execute with precision but also to strategically influence content that resonates and performs. You’ll be the vital link between creative vision and flawless execution, ensuring every piece of content strengthens the brand’s voice and engagement.

We are seeking a high-impact individual to step into a crucial role, acting as the operational engine for our client’s digital ecosystem. You will be instrumental in elevating their brand’s relevance and consistency on a global scale. This is more than just managing content; it’s about being the guardian of quality, providing strategic insights, and ensuring every digital interaction is impactful. You will work closely with passionate experts and a leadership team that views digital engagement as a core brand driver, bridging the gap between innovative ideas and their successful implementation.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Support the creation of briefing templates, calendars, and operational workflows to make the team more efficient.
  • Liaise between Creative, Strategy, and Legal/Compliance to track assets and secure necessary approvals.
  • Support the internal stakeholder management process, helping to prioritise and slot social requests into the global roadmap.
  • Review incoming assets from agencies and internal teams, providing constructive feedback on whether content will “stop the scroll” or needs optimisation.
  • Beyond just uploading, you’ll optimise posts (hashtags, thumbnails, hooks, and pinning) to maximise performance based on current platform algorithms.
  • Identify reactive “brand-safe” trends and recommend how they can pivot or adapt our existing plans to stay relevant.
  • Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn using tools like Sprinklr or Sprout.
  • Ensure every post is perfect – correct copy, tags, links, and formatting while maintaining an always-accurate content master-calendar.
  • Provide a final layer of quality control, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and channel best practices before it goes live.
  • Pull weekly and monthly reports, tracking KPIs like engagement, sentiment, and audience growth.
  • Unafraid to go on fact-finding missions for content messaging and inspiration.
  • Don’t just report the numbers – tell us what they mean. Highlight patterns and recommend shifts in the content mix to the leadership team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands‑on experience in digital content management, operations, or coordination, demonstrating a strong blend of execution and strategic thinking.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise scheduling tools and native platform back‑ends.
  • Proven experience working with a global brand or within complex B2B/B2C environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, consistently catching errors and ensuring flawless content delivery.
  • A strong understanding of digital storytelling, hooks, and pacing, with the ability to provide feedback that enhances creative assets.
  • Proficiency in organizing workflows and managing data, coupled with the agility to adapt quickly to fast‑evolving trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of taking direction from multiple parties while keeping everyone informed.
  • A proactive mindset, driven by getting content live and right, while continuously seeking ways to improve performance.
  • A willingness to take total ownership of the publishing cycle, enabling strategic teams to focus on future initiatives.

Success In This Role Looks Like

  • Achieving zero‑error publishing and maintaining a perfectly organized content calendar.
  • Providing actionable feedback to creative partners that consistently improves asset performance.
