We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead a transformative search engine optimisation strategy across multiple markets and channels. In this pivotal role, you will drive significant impact by shaping the digital presence and discoverability of career opportunities, directly influencing the ability to attract top talent worldwide. Your expertise will be critical in optimising our digital footprint, leveraging cutting‑edge AI search technologies, and ensuring an unparalleled candidate journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic SEO Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global career/hiring websites across multiple countries and languages. Establish and maintain technical SEO roadmaps with cross‑functional teams. Lead AI search channel development and testing frameworks. Drive local SEO programs, including landing page optimisation. Implement metadata standardisation and testing frameworks for rankings and click‑through rates.
- Technical SEO Management: Oversee technical onsite SEO implementation and optimisation. Conduct site migration consulting for large‑scale platform transitions. Manage SEO requirements during CMS migrations and domain consolidations. Implement white‑hat link‑building strategies.
- Content & Analytics: Lead content SEO strategy and multilingual content programs. Build and scale content keyword research frameworks. Manage SEO reporting and analytics using Adobe Analytics and other relevant platforms. Develop A/B testing methodologies for content performance optimisation. Create tools and processes to enable content strategy scaling.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO. Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform. Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog Crawler, Adobe Analytics). Familiarity with AI search testing and optimisation.
- Professional Experience: Solid SEO experience in high‑growth environments. Bachelor’s degree. Proven track record managing SEO for international markets. Experience working with enterprise‑level organisations. History of successful site migrations and technical implementations. Demonstrated ability to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Strategic Skills: Data‑driven decision‑making approach. Ability to establish testing frameworks and measurement systems. Experience developing and implementing global SEO programs. Strong project management capabilities. Proven success working with limited or zero dedicated developer resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HTML5, SQL, and REGEX. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing. Experience in recruitment marketing or e‑commerce sectors. Background working with start‑ups through enterprise organisations. Recognition in industry awards or judging experience. Freelance or consulting experience with diverse client portfolios. Experience with brand SERP management and digital PR integration. Stakeholder communication experience.
