Our client is growing their creative team and are looking for a Senior Digital Creative who thinks as sharply as they design. Someone who's as comfortable shaping a campaign idea as they are building a scalable component system.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll report directly to our Creative Director and own the digital creative output, setting the standard for how we think and execute across every digital touchpoint.
  • Leading digital creative output across brand and campaign projects for large-scale, international clients and the smaller ones across all digital channels.
  • Thinking at brand and campaign strategy level, shaping the creative direction, not just executing it.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our Digital Marketing team to ensure digital creative is built for performance as well as impact.
  • Collaborating closely with our Development team, handing off UI/UX work with precision, the way it was actually meant to be built.
  • Building scalable design systems with a true variables mindset, components, tokens and theming that work at scale across complex brand ecosystems.
  • Actively pushing the creative process forward using AI and emerging tools, not as a novelty, but as genuine creative accelerators.
  • Presenting ideas with confidence and clarity to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Helping shape how h2o approaches digital creative as we grow, your influence will extend beyond your own output.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 5+ years of creative experience working with a mix of Enterprise and SMT brands, ideally in an agency environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates genuine range, brand thinking, campaign concepts and polished digital executions.
  • Proficient in Figma, including design systems, component libraries and variables for theming and dev handoff.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Open to tools beyond the traditional suite, Canva, Affinity Designer, or whatever gets the best result.
  • Actively using AI tools to push work further.
  • Comfortable with a component-based, token-driven approach to design, you understand how design decisions scale.
  • Confident with motion design and video, able to concept and produce content that moves as well as it looks.

Mindset & Approach

  • Intelligently creative, you balance bold ideas with strategic thinking and a sharp eye for what actually works.
  • Digital-first by instinct, you think in channels, formats and interactions, not just visuals.
  • A genuine curiosity for what's next, you explore new tools and technologies because you want to, not because you have to.
  • Easy to work with, you build strong relationships across teams and take the time to understand the brief properly.
  • A confident communicator who can articulate an idea as clearly as they can craft one.
  • Committed to doing things properly, from concept through to completion.
  • A self-starter who brings energy, fresh thinking and new ideas without being asked.
  • Show us your thinking, not just your output. We want to understand how you move from a brief concept to the result, the process matters as much as the finished work.
  • Case studies that demonstrate systems thinking, campaign-level concepts, or smart use of AI in your creative workflow will stand out. If your portfolio tells a story, we want to read it.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience on large brand or enterprise-level projects with an international dimension.
  • Automotive sector experience or a passion for it.
  • Familiarity with front-end basics, enough to know how your design decisions translate into code.

  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and how they apply in practice.
  • Experience prototyping and presenting creative concepts interactively.
