You will additionally collaborate with our UK Senior Corporate Communications Manager, who is responsible for delivering our corporate press office and policy communications campaigns. You may also collaborate on data storytelling and ‘corpsumer’ campaigns.
In the Nordics, you will lead press office storytelling both proactively and reactively, to establish client in the region (primarily Sweden) and continue to drive momentum for the company and travel inspiration for consumers. Working with Marketing, you will create and deliver high‑impact consumer activations to drive awareness and favourability, working with local agencies on execution.
In the Middle East, you will establish a corporate press office and storytelling opportunities across business, consumer and technology media, supporting our policy goals and managing the reactive press office. There may also be opportunities to develop consumer and influencer campaigns, working with our Marketing and Partnerships teams and local agencies.
Skills:
- Working across earned, paid and influencer channels (influencer activity in the Nordics only) to ensure partnerships are brought to life through compelling, consumer‑facing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and media coverage across the UK and Nordics, and delivering a foundation‑level corporate communications programme in the Middle East (with potential for consumer and influencer communications).

- Understanding corporate reputation and the interplay between corporate and consumer communications.

- Proficiency in agency management, ensuring key processes are followed, including campaign project management, reporting, budget tracking, localisations, and performance evaluation to ensure delivery of impactful results.
- Developing coverage reports and evaluating and measuring media impact.
Your expertise:
- Over 8 years of communications experience across consumer and corporate communications, either in a PR agency or in‑house communications team. Previous experience in high‑performing international organisations within lifestyle, tech, internet or travel sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing creative consumer campaigns that generate positive earned media coverage, widespread awareness and brand buzz.

- Adept at collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organisation.
- Confident in leading meetings with external partners, senior stakeholders and media.
- Proactive and solutions‑focused, taking initiative to deliver impact whilst appreciating the structures and processes of a global business.
