As a key player in our Platform Partnerships team, you will be instrumental in identifying, securing, and scaling early partnerships that validate new use cases for our technologies and unlock significant commercial opportunities. You will lead the charge in expanding these programs globally, operating at the intersection of product innovation and market expansion. This highly cross-functional role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to new product development and market-defining initiatives. Your expertise will not only drive revenue but also enhance the overall ecosystem, creating more delightful experiences for partners and users alike.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with strategic partners to drive joint revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute unique strategies for each partner, encompassing business planning, co-marketing motions, and enablement initiatives.
- Articulate and demonstrate past success in launching programs from inception, navigating challenges, and achieving critical success metrics.
- Leverage extensive partnerships experience to construct a comprehensive strategic plan, including identifying key industries and companies for targeting, developing compelling incentives and product value propositions to differentiate our offerings, and outlining a clear path for channel growth.
- Own the end-to-end strategic partner recruitment process, from initial scoping through to ongoing partner management.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Business, and Engineering teams to align on strategic initiatives.
- Drive deeper technical integrations and develop differentiated value propositions.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to build internal relationships to successfully execute new partner product launches, expand platform capabilities, and scale new initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) essential for program success.
- Implement robust reporting mechanisms and utilise data to guide strategic focus, inform program pivots, and build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Apply data insights to structure partnerships for optimal growth.
- Possess a deep understanding of various integration and partnership models, from API integrations to highly integrated product partnerships.
- Champion partner feedback and pain points, working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to prioritise improvements, enhance our feature set, and create superior user experiences for partners.
- 8+ years of experience in partnership management.
- Existing relationships and experience within relevant service-based sectors or experience-driven industries.
- Proven experience negotiating and integrating B2B partnerships to drive new supply acquisition.
- A keen eye for product design and a passion for collaborating with partner product teams to evangelise technology offerings, aligning with broader product and business goals.
- Demonstrated comfort with change and adaptability, thriving in environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
- Experience managing large, diverse, and strategic partner relationships, coupled with the ability to act as a strategic leader in developing partnership strategies, innovative commercial models, and go-to-market plans for global scalability.
- Adept at solving ambiguous problems and building solutions that scale effectively.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and purposeful approach.
