You will become a member of the Sales Finance team with approximately 150 employees based across EMEIA. Sales Finance is a commercially oriented finance function focused on value creation, working with the Sales teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. To do all of this you will be hands on, an excellent communicator, collaborator and innovator.
As a Partner Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and auditing critical data used to run client’s business. In this role, you will work closely with internal partners in Sales, Operations, Finance, and IS&T to ensure successful onboarding of external channel partners to client’s data capture process. After onboarding, you will ensure regular and accurate reporting of required data. You will also have the opportunity to work with a global team on partner data capture tools and processes.

- Experience in data collection from external partners.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, while not losing sight of the big picture.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Onboard channel partners to report sales and inventory, ensuring continued and correct data capture on a weekly basis.
- Work with internal and external partners to identify and correct any reporting discrepancies within the fiscal quarter.
- Understand the landscape of channel partners including how they are set up and operate.
- Work on assigned projects and continuously improve processes based on current commercial priorities.
- Provide functional requirements and participate in design and testing of client’s partner data capture tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners in Finance, Sales, Operations, and IS&T.
- Analyse partner reporting data to understand trends and outliers, prepare forecasts, and share findings with other teams.
- Knowledge of reporting methods including EDI, SFTP, and web-based is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with sales data and reporting systems is a plus.
- BusinessObjects, Tableau, and/or Essbase experience is a plus.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
