The In House Creative Studio plays a critical role in how the clients brand shows up in our customers lives.
As a Motion Designer you’ll help bring the clients creative ambition to life.
This is a hands‑on role with real breadth.
You’ll be producing high‑quality creative assets across paid social display email and digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on motion design for platforms like Meta Tik Tok and You Tube.
You’ll sit within a modern fast‑moving studio environment working closely with copywriters, marketers and channel teams to turn ideas into effective creative across paid, owned and earned.
You’ll also play a key part in supporting our junior designers and helping to raise the quality of output across the team.
What Youll Be Doing Design and
Production: Create polished on‑brand creative assets across a range of formats, including paid social display, ads, web banners and email campaigns.
Produce edit and deliver motion graphics as a core part of your workload using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Creative
Scaling: Adapt and scale assets across formats sizes and platforms without compromising on quality.
Performance minded: Embraces best practice in performance marketing.
Developing assets that can be tested & optimised for performance outcomes (e. g.
CPA CTR engagement) AI native: Use generative imagery and video tools to support ideation exploration and production efficiency.
Comfortable with automation adapting versioning and resizing assets efficiently.
Filming Film shortform video content for social and digital channels including lightweight shoots and onlocation capture.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters to bring scripts ideas and concepts to life through motion and video.
Participate in creative workshops Present creative work articulating design decisions and managing feedback with professionalism and confidence.
