We’re looking for a highly conceptual Mid/Senior Designer with 7+ years of experience to join the team, creating impactful event and brand‑led creative across a range of corporate environments.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with excellent hands‑on execution. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering creative solutions across live events, large‑format applications, and branded experiences, while working within established corporate brand frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong creative concepts for events, experiential activations, and branded environments
- Design and deliver event collateral across print and digital touchpoints
- Produce high‑quality artwork for large‑format and event materials including signage, staging, exhibition graphics, presentations, and environmental applications
- Work confidently within existing corporate brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams, producers, and stakeholders to deliver polished, on‑brand creative work
- Support projects from concept through to final artwork and production
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in a design role, ideally within an agency, events, experiential, or brand environment
- Proven experience working on live events and event‑related creative
- Highly conceptual with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking
- Excellent artworking and production skills, particularly across large‑format and event materials
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and brand governance
- Ability to balance creativity with practical production considerations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Motion graphics experience is a strong advantage
- Experience creating animated content for events, screens, or presentations beneficial
