We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Marketing Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will not only drive strategic marketing initiatives but also champion an inclusive culture, influencing product development and market positioning. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping user experiences, expanding market reach, and contributing directly to the success of groundbreaking products.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop innovative insights and thorough analyses for marketing leadership and cross‑functional partners by scoping and conducting user research and market analysis.
  • Management of medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs designed to address user needs and achieve key objectives.
  • Define and optimize channels for reaching and engaging target users, contributing to integrated strategies that meet ambitious targets.
  • Evaluate product and feature improvements, identify user lifecycle strategies, and define critical user journeys for both future and active consumers.
  • Identify and recommend creative solutions to defined problems, continuously seeking better methods and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans for regional or functional teams, prioritizing goals and crafting positioning strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Exercise sound judgment and take swift action, upholding core values and fostering a psychologically safe environment where diverse perspectives thrive.
  • Actively mitigate biases, adapt communication styles, and champion inclusive behaviors, acting as a diversity change agent within the team.
  • Define research needs, scope, manage, or guide user research leveraging both internal and external partners.
  • Develop and roll out strategies for product marketing content across various channels with minimal guidance.
  • Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate quantitative and qualitative product or business metrics for new or existing ventures.
  • Validate market size and opportunity, leveraging comprehensive industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and collaborate with teams to build supporting rationales and visions.
  • Understand target audiences and product positioning, leading the go-to-market strategy and messaging for new products and features.
  • Develop user insights to integrate the user voice into product development and marketing strategies, advocating for enhanced in‑product user experience and engagement.
  • Craft product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications to align with specific product goals and voice.
  • Create and iterate marketing content, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and production to ensure alignment with product strategy and content standards.
  • Act as an expert on products and features, providing input into the development process, conducting market analysis, and offering insights on industry trends.
