Are you a dynamic and driven marketing professional ready to make a significant impact on user engagement and product success? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping product narratives, executing impactful campaigns, and fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is heard. You'll contribute directly to critical projects, guiding medium‐scale campaigns from conception to execution and optimizing channels to reach our diverse user base. Your insights from user research and market analysis will directly inform marketing leadership and product development, ensuring our offerings resonate deeply with consumers. Beyond marketing, you'll be a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively building a psychologically safe and collaborative workspace.

This is a contract until 28th July 2026, with hybrid working pattern, offering £27.88 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks for product marketing content across various channels.
  • Identify, collect, and meticulously track key quantitative and qualitative product and business metrics to inform decision‐making.
  • Execute and optimize medium‐scale marketing campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to achieve team objectives and key results.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to generate actionable insights, predict industry trends, and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Champion the user voice, developing insights that help cross‐functional teams enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Support the development of compelling product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies tailored for diverse communications.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to develop, iterate, and publish high‐quality marketing content aligned with product strategy and brand standards.
  • Lead and role‐model inclusive behaviors, actively fostering psychological safety, facilitating collaborative environments, and acting as a change agent for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Contribute to market sizing and opportunity validation, collaborating on rationales, hypotheses, and go‐to‐market plans for new products and features.
  • Manage and guide user research initiatives, leveraging internal and external partners to gather critical insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Situational Leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Consumer Behaviour.
  • Proven expertise in Campaign Management and Performance Marketing.
  • Strong background in Brand Management.
  • Adept at Client/Partner Management and Advising.
  • Solid Industry Knowledge.
  • Exceptional Data Analysis and Synthesis skills.
  • Compelling Storytelling abilities.
  • Expertise in Product Positioning and Go‐to‐Market Activities.
  • Familiarity with Regional Pixel strategies.
  • Experience with Media and Creative Production.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in any European language.
