Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources with the ability to partner with leaders at all levels, navigate complex organisational challenges, and provide strategic guidance on sensitive employment matters. This role requires a thorough understanding of UK employment law, excellent communication and problemāsolving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fastāpaced, dynamic environment. International experience and working with remote teams across different time zones is a plus.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience in a constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to successfully partner with leaders at all levels as a trusted and conscientious advisor, guiding and taking appropriate action in addressing sensitive employment matters with tact, while demonstrating outstanding communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Experience navigating, influencing, and partnering with other functions to achieve results, even without direct oversight.
- Thorough understanding of employment law practices in the UK, maintaining upātoādate knowledge of regulations, trends, and best practices in human resources, and demonstrating the ability to reliably communicate and integrate this knowledge across the organisation.
- Ability to identify trends and measure results using data, professional insight, analytical and critical thinking, and strategic problemāsolving skills.
- A natural "bar raiser" who exhibits curiosity and a desire to learn from others.
- Ability to excel in a fastāpaced environment, open to experimentation and continuous improvement, with a proactive "canādo" attitude.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
