The Administrative Assistant will apply established skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a broad range of administrative tasks. The role involves assignments of moderate complexity, requiring sound judgement in resolving issues and making routine recommendations.
Responsibilities- Arrange and manage travel bookings and itineraries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Maintain and manage calendars for team members
- Screen and prioritise incoming mail and requests
- Coordinate arrangements for seminars, workshops, and meetings
- Set up new vendors in the company's payment system
- Process and track purchase order requisitions, and recommend purchases of office supplies
- Handle and process sponsorship requests
- Take notes and maintain accurate records of routine management and team meetings
- Plan and organise off-site team meetings and events
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Good judgement and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in office software and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
