We’re looking for a seasoned Event Producer to cover maternity leave within a high-profile EMEA events and experiences team. This is a rare opportunity to deliver some of the region’s biggest B2B conferences and flagship brand moments – from 300-person gatherings to 2,000+ delegate conferences.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end production of large-scale, high-profile B2B conferences across EMEA
- Partner with senior stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to bring events to life
- Own production timelines, budgets, suppliers, and onsite delivery
- Collaborate with event marketing colleagues on programme curation and audience experience
- Ensure flawless execution across both in-person and virtual / livestream formats
What we’re looking for:
- 8–10+ years’ proven experience in event production (not a graduate role)
- Strong background agency-side or, ideally, brand-side in an events team
- Hands-on delivery of large B2B conferences
- Comfortable navigating creative and technical production requirements
- Confident, autonomous, and able to lead complex projects from start to finish
Nice to have:
- Digital / broadcast production experience (virtual events, livestreams)
- Experience from leading global brands or creative agencies

- Round 2: Competency-based interview with Head of Ops
Location: Central London, hybrid (3 days onsite)
Start: Mid-November to early December
