What You’ll Do

- Exercise sound judgment and logical decision-making, even when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information during task execution.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to seamlessly pivot between different categories of requirements.
- Provide daily operational support for multiple task types assigned to you and the team.
- Analyze root causes of issues, identify recurring error patterns, and propose effective solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs.
- Take ownership in identifying day-to-day process and operational issues within standard operating procedures and tools, suggesting changes to unblock operations.
