About The Role

  • What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360° retail marketing campaigns across mass-market, specialist, and e-commerce channels.
  • Define the optimal marketing and media mix for retail campaigns, encompassing in-store communications, e-commerce activations, social commerce initiatives, and launch events.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of omnichannel marketing initiatives that support key entertainment titles.
  • Oversee and strategically manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and a strong return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with licensees to implement retail-specific campaigns and seamlessly integrate partner activities into broader marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with retailers, licensees, agencies, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Apply your expertise in retail strategies and consumer trends to develop innovative yet commercially viable marketing solutions.
  • Drive consumer engagement and boost sales through diverse digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), display advertising, sponsored products initiatives, and custom content creation.
  • Champion the overarching retail marketing strategy, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and best practices.
  • Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to conceptualize and develop compelling marketing concepts and assets.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience within one or more of the following sectors: consumer products, licensing, retail, partnerships, or entertainment.
  • Profound understanding of the Spanish retail market, including mass-market, specialist, and e-commerce retailers.
  • Demonstrated experience working with major retailers within the Spanish market.
  • Excellent knowledge of the licensing landscape and current retail and consumer trends.
  • Broad marketing expertise across various disciplines, including retail marketing, social and digital marketing, in-store marketing, influencer marketing, and Public Relations (PR).
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with exceptional creative judgment.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Spain and occasionally across the EMEA region.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
