Our esteemed client, a pioneering force in the technology sector, is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that redefine user experience and connectivity. They are looking for exceptional talent to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of delivering groundbreaking products and services globally. This is a 12‑month, hybrid contract, offering up to £444 per day, 40 hrs/week (PAYE).

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales activities within an assigned market to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and direct a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and market share.
  • Contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
  • Manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assist in creating and delivering compelling proposal presentations.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of customer and market dynamics to identify opportunities and drive sales initiatives.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Solid experience in ad sales roles.
  • Proven ability to staff, direct, and lead a high‑performing sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and executing strategies for customer base expansion.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving sales team performance.
  • Experience with RFP responses and delivering impactful proposal presentations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
