We are seeking a talented and execution-driven EMEA Marketing Lead to join a leading global enterprise cloud software provider. In this role, you will act as a key connector between regional strategy and local country marketing execution across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for defining, proposing, and executing scalable industry marketing programs, generating high-impact demand, and driving successful event and webinar strategies.

This is a short term (until January 2027), hybrid contract, offering up to £33.74 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Key Responsibilities
  • EMEA Campaign Management: Partner closely with regional Field Marketing teams and Industry Advisors to understand business priorities and local market requirements, ensuring alignment with global campaigns.
  • Program & Content Development: Design, propose, and lead the development of marketing programs and core content assets to address scalable business needs in EMEA.
  • Virtual Events & Digital Engagement: Oversee end-to-end event and webinar execution, driving top-of-funnel interest and nurturing existing pipelines.
  • Marketing Enablement: Enable internal stakeholders, field marketing teams, and sales representatives on new campaign initiatives, tracking content adoption across the region.
  • Measurement & ROI Analysis: Lead performance measurement for EMEA industry marketing programs, identifying campaign optimization opportunities and reporting on pipeline progression.
What You Bring
  • Marketo Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience building, running, and tracking marketing automation programs within Marketo.
  • B2B Demand Generation: At least 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution (email, paid media, events), and virtual event/webinar management.
  • Project Management: At least 3 years of structured project management experience (experience with Adobe Workfront is highly preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: A strong, proven understanding of pipeline progression, demand generation metrics, and ROI tracking.
  • Foundational Experience: 1–3 years of initial experience working in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Promotions, or Brand Strategy.
